OK - But delivery was a bit slow
Item received in good condition, but delivery and communication on delivery was a bit slow

First time Amazon order not great...
First experience with Amazon was not the greatest. One Item ordered did not work and had to be returned Another was listed as out of stock when processed but was then also shipped without notification - I had bought from another retailer and now have two cables of which I only need one-R22 wasted At lest the returns process was painless - will see how long the refund takes.

Woolworths App order - Very Good All Round
Ordered shoes on app... Easy order processing, easy order tracking, great customer service on collection and good product. Areas for improvement: Delivery took a bit long, but still within the promised promised time. One pair of shoes in a massive box - could use smaller packaging..

Hassle Free Books Order - Loot and DPD
Ordered university books late on Thu 13 Feb - Delivery on Mon17 Feb... Hassle Free, quick and easy. Good tracking online of the parcel to check where it is in the process. Could improve with DPD sending communication at each of the stages of the delivery - but not a big hassle to track self..

Efficient on line order and delivery process - no hassle return process
Bought school shirts on line - delivery by Pargo for pick up at store Very Good communication throughout the process updating on where the order is. Very Good tracking mechanism and quick turnaround. Relatively easy pick up process at the store. Shirts were however too small - Impressed with a VERY easy returns process.

Ordered item from Trappers - they use Courier Guy to deliver Easy online tracking of the parcels - integrate with Trappers system as well - so you can track on any of the two online. Fast and efficient delivery

Very good first online experience
Easy online ordering and payment process Ordered on 16 Aug and delivered on 22 and 23Aug - not the greatest of lead time for delivery but still very much within the promised time frame Excellent communication all the time on where the order is within the process- use of courier guy for delivery - great Products ordered was also as expected

Ordered two pairs of sneakers online from Soviet for my kids: -Easy transaction process -Ongoing updates via email on status / progress - knew every day where the order was tracking -Very fast from order to delivery - ordered on Friday 09:00 and was delivered on Monday morning before 10:00...

Professional and Great Customer Service
I contacted Tetley / Joekels regarding a quality query - they extremely quick to respond and resolve the query in the most professional manner - even following up after I had been slow to respond to them answering my query. Well done on your approach to "consumer complaints" - I do wish more CPG / FMCG companies had your principles.

Advertised Specials - Items out of stock in store
Good prices on some items - unfortunately most of the items on their advertised specials have out of stocks - in my case, out of 10 items I had on my list, about 6 were out of stock in store.
