Richard and Susan Hot Air Balloon is a scam going on Instagram. The scammers Ad from Instagram will direct you to WhatsApp number 061 961 7102. If you see this Ad on Instagram and socials report it cause this guy is robbing people of their hard earned money.

Terrible Cell C customer service
At the end of March 6th months later in my cancellation struggle, I made a review here about Cell C customer service for a data sim cancellation and, they replied to claim that my issues has been resolved but 7 months to date I’m still getting charged for a date sim I don’t even use. And the worse part is that the data doesn’t accumulate. I can’t even get my 7 months worth of data. I’ve given Cell C all of my patience and I keep get a slap on my face. Terrible service provider in the Telecommunication business. It’s not just me that you losing business from, it’s everyone and everything associated with me. I’m going to now make my review publicly known in all platforms because for so long I’ve been played by Cell C especially, in these trying times where every penny counts.

Cell C customer care - poor service
Cell C your agents are running your company down. It’s been 5 months of trying to cancel a SIM card contract with you. Each an every agent since then has been confirming to cancel my contract, 5 months later I’m still get a debit order from you. I maybe not be sure that you are giving this mandate to your customer care line employees “not cancel any customer contracts” but I’m taking all my business away from you ( of course when you decide to cancel it) and those around me.
