I experienced such bad service with this company , My laptop got ****** and they told me to report it and bring the case number for footage then suddenly they don't want to share footage. they made me wait half the day and now telling me that i need to send email . I was at the police station trying to sort this at 9 pm and now they telling me this. i am highly annoyed i called their head office 5 times the lady just drops me with no explanation. they taking me from pillar to post with no explanations.
OH MY WORD!!!!!! I submitted my claim on the in Jan 2022, they fixed my car and because of their third party supplier i almost died because they said " it was not necessary to check my engine at that time " the car went back and still haven't fixed my car yet. For a company that says that they put women first this is an extremely false claim , they should change their name as all my correspondence thus far has been with misogynistic approaches on their part! More like last for women! The call centres cut calls after sitting on the phone for 20minutes at a time , everyone needs to enquire n get back to you because managers are always unavailable, iv gotten put on hold for 30minutes at a time, their managers are not accountable AT ALLL and no where to be found , my matter got escalated to the complaints department which was a joke because now I need to complain about the complaints department! which i emailed still no response after a week and a half, my car still hasn't been fixed which is my bread and butter and they dont care. They give you hidden excesses that they falsely add on after you take on their policy aswell, so don't go for them whatever you do. no one is accountable for the poor service i Follow up every hour i even said on my email all i want is an update and lack there of. I will be reporting them to the consumer Ombuds so let's see how this goes as I am paying for a service without receiving what I have paid for. I was told my matter is escalated to managers and when i want a follow up I'm told managers will call me but nothing Their third part Company gave me a car back knowing the engine would break. they do not want to give me a courtesy car because they say my claim is not new. im not willing to pay excess again with a car they did not fix in the first place and everything i call the centre they say are you aware your claim is closed I DONT have my car that im paying nor saying from my insurance that I'm paying FOR !!!!!!!!
I went to the place and even though i had said im coming it looked like they didnt know i was coming looked like they was someone in there The water was not coming out properly and the water was so cold while the shower didnt work properly I PAID 400 for this service
My Sim Card has been blocked for a month now the first time i called i was told it will be sorted in 5 hours, Ive been calling every week now and speaking to a different person i have asked how i can escalate and the call center says with us and nothing happens. please note i do not OWE them ANYTHING this is a phone i use for most of my things !!!!!!!!!!
