Really disappointed
I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT BOOK HERE, This place is not what it seems ,they do not treat their guests well , the rooms had no hot water , we had share a kitchen with so many people. They did not clean the room thoroughly prior to our arrival , they were racist towards and chose according to which race you were . I was there for a four hours while I had booked for 2 nights I really couldn't take being there.

Really disappointed
I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT BOOK HERE, This place is not what it seems ,they do not treat their guests well , the rooms had no hot water , we had share a kitchen with so many people. They did not clean the room thoroughly prior to our arrival , they were racist towards and chose according to which race you were . I was there for a four hours while I had booked for 2 nights I really couldn't take being there.

Profusely disappointed ☹️
This Place I would not recommend to anyone , they ill treat their guests, they are racist. Their Pictures on the internet are very deceiving, which is false advertising. Their doors don’t close they are broken doors. They fought with us over a balcony while we had boooked a presidential sweet so they fought with us because one of their people apparently “booked” the entire balcony which is impossible because we had spoken to Kelly who had said we could use the balcony when we got there she was no longer available . I would definitely not recommend that place as we had to share a kitchen with you 10 families which was definitely not going to work, what would happen when we were too make breakfast or cook? In the bedrooms the situation was worse the kettles weren’t working ,there were no tea or coffee, there was no hot water and there were ****roaches . The was no way we could sleep in that place.The rooms were dirty you could see they definitely do not do thorough cleaning . We are profusely disappointed in the Tshedza Guest house. I advice you to not book yourself there!!!

Tshedza terrible service
I went to the place and even though i had said im coming it looked like they didnt know i was coming looked like they was someone in there The water was not coming out properly and the water was so cold while the shower didnt work properly I PAID 400 for this service

THE GUY WORKING HERE SMASHED MY PHONE BECAUSE I WANTED MY REFUND
I booked at this place and got the shock of my life, there was no water in our room, when I complained to the guy that was working there that night he took me to other rooms to see if we can get water. The water was cold. I demanded my refund since they could not meet my expectations the guy instead got unnecesarily aggresive not firgeting violent and smashed my Iphone on the floor and broke it after I tried recording him telling me that he won't refund me my money as a result of their poor facilities. I opened a case against him and I hope that justice will be served. The place is ugly compared to what they show us on the pictures even.

Nightmare
I wish I could rate this Guesthouse less than 1 star. I made the booking through hotel.com. On the website the place looks gorgeous, neat and tidy. When we got there it was filthy! I went to reception asking for a refund (there were no way I was going to sleep there with my children), they offered to take me to another branch, so I went. That place was also horrible. I requested a refund, which they refused. I had to search for alternative accommodation in the middle of the night and pay yet again for a safe and clean place for us to overnight! I have reported this to hotel.com also, but haven't receive any feedback from them.
