Can someone please help with a council for rentals where we can report CBD Residency. This people are thieves and it seems like no one is willing to do anything. They have been lying that they paid back my deposit which I know is not true. We can be protected from such really!!!!
I’m dissatisfied with the level of service I’m getting from this people. I applied for the 5G Wi-Fi and for some reasons when I did, someone decided to add the 4G package on my 5G one without my consent. I was told I will be refunded the monies they’ve been deducting from my 4G within 7 to 10 working days and till today I have not received my funds. I’ve been sent from pillar to post with my own money and no one has the decency to update me nor give valid reasons as to why I’m still not refunded as the time frame I was given has long passed. I’ve sent emails made calls but it seems like people don’t know what they are doing. I’m even considering getting a reliable service provider as this is absurd. They were so quick do debit my account now it’s a hustle for them to give me back my money that I work so hard for. I don’t see myself recommending Rain to anyone really
****** Scumbags. I moved out and notified them so I can get back my deposit. They told me I owe R280 which they will deduct from my R780.00 deposit I paid. To my surprise they only refunded me R55.00. I will not rest untli I report this people and expose them for the thieves that they are.
I booked at this place and got the shock of my life, there was no water in our room, when I complained to the guy that was working there that night he took me to other rooms to see if we can get water. The water was cold. I demanded my refund since they could not meet my expectations the guy instead got unnecesarily aggresive not firgeting violent and smashed my Iphone on the floor and broke it after I tried recording him telling me that he won't refund me my money as a result of their poor facilities. I opened a case against him and I hope that justice will be served. The place is ugly compared to what they show us on the pictures even.
This company is a joke and they are ripping the poor public off. I'm hardly around at my plcae, gyser and everything is off but i'm being ridiculously billed. If you hear of this company. RUN AWAY!!
I have a loan with Capitec, I used to bank with FNB before. I had to change my bank and bank with Capitec as they would debit my account before the date I requested them to, not find funds and leave me with useless charges as it is part of their policy to do so. This morning They debited my account, I get paid on the 25th. I instructed them to debit me on the 25th but whenever they find money in your account prior to those days they take it. I had to look like an idiot at a petrol station this morning because if this stupid bank. I asked them to reverse the money which they did and took it right after they reversed it. I had to ask around for money to pay the petrol station because of their useless systems. I'm changing this stupid bank as of today. I will not even give them my new banking details, I will go inside the branch and pay my debts the old fashioned way as it seems like the only solution. Capitec, you are no longer loan sharks anymore, take tips from other banks!! I have never been this embarrassed in my whole entire life!!!! NXA!!!!!!
