I had a problem of not connecting to the wifi since Oct 2025...I first spoke to Josie and she tried to help by also sending a technician called Zee,the error was still occurring.I than spoke to Dikeledi she said she will come back to me nothing...at that point I lost all hope.I called the again last week around the 21st Jan 2026 spoke to LONDIWE she was my life saver,she was very patient with even tried to help after hours...You are Great LONDIWE God sent...
I ordered food at Petros Bloed Street chicken paella and the rice was under cooked and also the chicken was so dry no sauce at all.Imagine spending R200 on bad food,I rated them the manager called me on the 06 Sep 2025 saying they will compensate me,until today am waiting and I even called them to make sure they don't mess up my order,guess what they did.I am very disappointed in them so much.
We don't have electricity for 6 days now since Wednesday the 23rd of April 2025 Johannes Ramokhoase Live easy flats reference number 1703/25 till this day the 28 April at 13:37 no electricity the kids are hungry new borns lack hot water for bottle.The new south africa we live in we called multiple times there is no response from the city of tswane team this is not on.I am embarrassed to live in such a country we're basic need are taken from people.

I am very dissapointed with the service i got at the ackermans Springs Mall. On saturday the 27/01/2024 went to the store and there was a pink and white (2 piece) Pants and croptop for young girls,there was no price on it and went to the till to find out and then buy it.Then went to a guy called Anthenkosi and he said i need to cum back in 15mins,then I went out did my errants,came back after 30 to 40min later.The cloths are still there and they told me the person whi was suppose to check just went on lunch,the nerve of the them telling me that and told me they have send a Watsapp to all ackermans to answer,.I asked them did they even try to call any of the stores No.They did not care about us even the second guy Bongani was just telling me excusses and not solutions,I have never experices such a bad service in my life.The Supervisor did not even cum to explain the process and they are all uselessand they need to fire them and get people who want to work.They just get paid for saying next mxm USELESS staff
Bad service at Pedros chicken..pretorious street in Pretoria I went to the pedros website on Friday the 17th of November 2023..I bought 2 Mega meals which is 2 full chickens with rolls,chips and 1.5 lr colddrink the store I choose Pedros in Pretorious street, Pretoria and delivery came and there were 4 pieces of chicken missing 3 pieces on one and one piece on the other.I immediately called the store spoke to office manager Naledi and she said I must send photos and invoice via whatapp and she just blue ticked me how disappointing. I then completed a complaint form with Pedros my ticket was closed today..I went back to Naledi she said sorry that's it..Remember me and my colleagues we inconvenienced as we had to share the food and for the fact that Pedros don't even bother to call that is very bad customer service.They don't treat people with dignity and they dont care I am really mad at this point don't support that restaurant they don't value our money hard earned money if I may add really poor service

I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance)I spoke to Collen Ntlailane I was going to cancel the insurance I took on Saturday..and the help I got from him WOW...he's very patient and good in explaining in detail and further educating...Such a assets for your company he's very good with his job and efficient well done Collen am a happy customer..
