Unfortunately, the threads between the thighs have come loose, and visible holes have developed, despite the leggings being worn fewer than five times. She is no longer able to wear them. I’m very disappointed at Cell C store manger (Brandon) at The Grove mall, especially how treated us today. His level of customer service is appalling. My partner and I forgot the contract cellphone inside the trolley at the parking bay around 7pm last night. We went back and only to to find out the trolley had been moved and now without a phone inside. We tried calling the phone but the phone was switched off. We went to mall management centre to lay the complain. The general security manager promised to look at the cameras overnight. After going through the cameras, they found out that the person is the Cell C staff. The head of security Rick went to the store to confront Brandon and the black dark skinned chubby lady of she initially denied then admitted when Rick mentioned the footage. She ended up telling Rick she’ll organise someone to bring back the phone but we waited until in the afternoon we decided to confront her. As calm as we were, Brandon saw us waiting for our phone and didn’t even spare a few minutes to talk to us and apology on behalf of cell c brand, nothing. Finally, the chubby lady’s friend brought the phone but they wiped all content from the phone including our new baby’s pictures. Cell C staff lady just sat there without saying she’s sorry. What I don’t understand is how the store manager ignored us when we have been wronged by his staff. Is this how Cell C managers treats people like they are nothing? STAY AWAY FROM CELL C THE GROVE MALL!!!! Chubby dark skinned staff lady is a THIEF!!!!!!
