I trusted them with a substantial amount of money. However, when I tried to withdraw my funds, the problems started. Yoh I don’t like your shop, I was supposed to get a refund of R171 and after fighting for it, I got a refund of R150. So it’s a small amount but that’s how petty it is for you guys to keep my R21. When I asked about it now the story changed, all of a sudden the delivery of my tv stand went up by R20. It’s ok, continue to love money. You can keep my R20 and buy yourself coldrink 🥤

I recently bought both bed frame and a mattress at Goldman Furnishers (33 Goldman Street, Florida, Johannesburg). The frame broke and when I contacted them they said 6 months has passed and there's nothing they can do, of which they are right according to consumer act. The least they could do was to show sympathy or refer me but they didn't. I came to learn the frame is made up of a sawdust not a real wood. So the frame is deliberately made to break after some time. The mattress is also wearing out. What a waste of time and money.

I bought a lounge suit and a wardrobe earlier this year, 2 if not 3 months down the line the lounge suit started makes funny sounds when we sit on it, the black looks grey. The wardrobe the inside has broken patches of which i reported ad got bad attitude, the draws are broken. Beautiful furniture but quality pathetic. No value for the money spent. EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED

Goldman Furnishers customer service and quality of their furniture is not worth the money! I bought a dining room set from them 2months ago and last week we used it for the first time and found that the table felt unstable. My father decided today to see if he can tighten the *****s on the legs of the table and found that it is faulty inside. I called Goldman furnishers the lady asked me to take pictures and whatsapp to her. My father than called them and told them that it is impossible to take pics as it is inside of the legs that is faulty. I phoned them and explained what happened - the guy then tells me I have to pay R150 call out fee for them to come check it as it might be a manufacturing fault! I MUST PAY?? I told him I already paid you guys cash - you made your profit! How is it that i must pay for a manufacturing defect??
