I am absolutely appalled by the service we received from Tania De Vries at Keller Williams. She does not answer her phone neither does she return calls to provide feedback. I went as far as getting her principals cell phone number and Lucinda was not helpful either, she promised to provide feedback to me and confirmed if she could call me on the same number but I did not receive a call from her and she too did not answer or return any of my calls thereafter. I will not buy or sell any property using Keller Williams Advanced in Roodepoort and will quite frankly stay away from any properties listed by Keller Williams advanced.
Great service experienced at the Drive Centre at Discovery Sandton today, from the appointment call made by Donna to the installation and explanation of my vitality drive tag done by Vinceno. Both staff members were very friendly and professional. The experience was definitely amazing.
It was with deep frustration and bitter disgust that I have chosen to use this platform. For just over two months I have been going back and forth with the same issue which Regent just blatantly refuses to rectify. I received an official statement on the 8th of January 2021 from Regent stating that my arrears have been written off and upon enquiring if I could re-register now they are telling me it was a system error. The system error is not my fault as a student and they should bare the consequences of such errors being made. I am now being sponsored to complete my studies after submitted ny statement which clearly indicates a 0 balance and all I require is an invoice with the full amount for my outstanding modules which my sponsor is willing to pay but Regent is not adamant that I will have to pay the fees of which I received an emailed statement to say was written off. I have asked for the call logs and recording of conversations with the consultants and that request has blatantly been ignored as well so I assume they are falsely saying that all calls are being recorded. I require urgent assistance as I would like to commence my studies and pay the total fees fo my 2021 academic year. Student number Bcom1151549
