We have been paying every month, for the past 5 years and never skipped a payment. We have received our paid up letters and all our debt is paid. Yet Debt rescue says we have to pay a further two months and when we phone and query this with the consultant, Nonhlanhla said, “Please be advised that I have sent updated balance request from FNB and Direct axis.” I have paid up letter for both of these so why must we pay for an extra 2 months?
Reference number is MWB31759550 Unable to get support assistance. After numerous calls and waiting in hour long queues in the support lines still internet does not work. Logged a fault with openserve and they now say its the router. Can someone help ???
After being told I went over my cap my Vodacom LTE internet. The service was cut and never reconnected. Have sent numerous support requests with no help or internet. Please can someone help. Their support sends standard replies.

Bad Service and wrong laptop delivered. We purchased what looked like a Lenovo Laptop at a good price, after waiting a week, nothing was delivered. Eventually, I contacted them and asked what was going on, they said their warehouse was closed due to Corona Virus. My wife works from home and needed a laptop, so I eventually found a few more laptops in the same price range. Then they contact us and said they apologise for the inconvenience caused and would send a better laptop. The laptop they send was, in fact, one that costed the same and had less RAM than advertised and the casing was in terrible condition... cracks and paint all over it not to mention crashes all the time slow and battery life is terrible...We need it repaired or replaced... under the 6 month warranty you offer, Service level has dropped what's going on?
