Chamberlain Struben Valley
I would like to commend the Chamberlains delivery team for their outstanding customer service. During a recent delivery, a few bricks accidentally fell onto the street. The team immediately took control of the situation, ensuring the area was safe and waiting patiently until the road was completely clear before proceeding. Their calm, responsible approach and consideration for public safety were truly impressive. It’s rare to come across such professionalism and care. I've ordered 3 white two tone baskets for my large plants. Excellent & Friendly Service. Items are exactly as pictures on their website. Prices are reasonable. User friendly website and easy payment options. This company keeps you up to-date on your order. Second day delivery (Bonus). This company comes highly recommended.

Outstanding order since 2018
I Received and Email on 16 April 2021 regarding outstanding orders from Garden Goods. The emails states "If you have an order that is UNRESOLVED please can you email support@gardengoods.co.za and include the following: 1.Order number, 2.Full Name, 3.if payment was "Bank Transfer" please include your "Proof of payment", 4. Any further correspondence relating to your order. I have send this to them relating to order 1662 which has been outstanding since 2018. This business is a scam. They've ran away with my money. I have received so many excuses of the years from Terrence Ndou. Don't buy by them.
