I've only owned my car for seven months and of that time you've had it for a total of two months, most recently since the 19th of May. I tried to collect it two days ago after over a month and it didn't start AGAIN, and this morning I hear that no one has even looked at it to investigate what the problem is. So disappointing from what is meant to be a premium brand.
Driver stole my food - can't speak to a real human and just get told they cant help and can't refund. Will be deleting app.

I had exceptional service booking through Priority Escapes. Not only did they assist me with getting the best deal to suit my budget, they went above and beyond to accommodate my familial requirements, and secure exceptional add-ons at the resort. When I had a problem with paperwork (my fault) Francois Swart himself assisted and expedited it all for me and my friends. Thank you so much, we can't wait to go on holiday again!
