I've only owned my car for seven months and of that time you've had it for a total of two months, most recently since the 19th of May. I tried to collect it two days ago after over a month and it didn't start AGAIN, and this morning I hear that no one has even looked at it to investigate what the problem is. So disappointing from what is meant to be a premium brand.

I paid over R39000.00 to Tom Canpher motors who Obliterate my car after over a month of back and forth for damages they did to my car now I must tow it from them back home... Any suggestions.

I bought a pre-owned Volvo XC60 at Volvo Tom Camper Aucklandpark in April 2023. I fetched the car around end of April 2023 from this dealership. On my way home, the car started to show a red engine light. I called Willie, the Salesman there reporting this fault. He said I need to bring the car in the following day of which I did. It took few minutes to come back to me and he informed me that the car should be fine. The following 2 weeks, the same car started to show the same red engine sign light. I called him and sent him the photos via the email. He said I need to bring it in and they will take it to the workshop. I did and it took a while to come back to me with their Technician whoc said some technical stuff but in summary the car should be fine. I drove the car for couple of weeks and it started to show the same red light on the engine sign. I decided to take the car to Volvo Fourways. They took the car to their workshop and the following day they came back to me with a diagnosis and the Innovation Claim approval. I informed Volvo Forways not to fix the car since I intend to take it back to Volvo Tom Camper where I bought it like that. I did approach Volvo Tom Camper and Willie advised that I take the car in for the workshop. I did take the car to Volvo Tom Camper on 21 September 2021 and till today, 15 October 2023 I have not received my car. they keep on sending me all over with lame excuses. Manier times they email me about the same thing to test the vehicle on a long drive which its not even something to ask me how to fix the car they sold. In this mess, they also pretended for weeks they cant see anything wrong with the car. I kept on referring them to the diagnosis done by Vovlo Fourways. They denied seeing the email until they found the copy I sent to them. I am getting stupid calls from them asking me about the same thing and apologising for the inconvenience. This is due to them making a decision not to respond to my emails. My husband has tried to contact them countless times to no avail. Last week Tuesday, they sent me a whatsapp message that the car is going in the workshop on Thursday, 12 October 2023. Today I am seeing insurance claim of R12k approved. No one informed me that they will claim from my insurance to fix the mess that was there when I bought the car. These people have caused us a great deal of inconvenience. What they did is ********* and they are ruining a great Volvo reputation. I have the utmost respect for Volvo Fourways and this tom Camper dealership is just a mess and ****** in my view.

Tom Champer Auckland Park Worst experience ever !!!! No proper client service . Took my car with a small fault does not pick up ref's . They had my car for 4-5 weeks just to rectify a miss fire , R15 000 later turbo leaking ****ing out oil when u go back management screams at you telling u mechanic wasted his time on your piece of **** of a car . Sadly to say 15 min after the owner Mr Champher phone's you screams before u can even tell hom what happened , don't want to hear anything from u . You're car is a piece of **** it shouldn't be in his shop.R15 000 later coming back with more fault's that it went into . Please don't take you're car to Tom Champer Volvo Auckland park they do not care about they're client's vehicle's , just cares about making more money out of them .

A year ago, I had my Volvo serviced at Tom Camphor Auckland Park. It was the worst experience ever. The right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. Lack of communication, incorrect billing, incorrect parts, treated badly. The only thing I would go back there for, is the lady at the front desk and their coffee but that's all. Now my car is playing up again and I can't face taking it back to them. Any other suggestions?

#win. The sales team can make you buy a donkey without realising. They are exceptionally good. They do not undermine anyone who walks in and ask their cars. Spare parts sales excellent. They go extra mile to get what you want.
