Bad Support
The support is terrible. if you log a ticket (note these are websites) it can take SEVERAL days for anything to be actioned. Also THEY DO NOT READ your ticket properly and often get things wrong. Seriously just go with Texo. This is from being a user of 1grid for like 10 years.

Guy contacted me on whatsapp. here is their insta: https://www.instagram.com/shaunprosper1/ Guy sold me a completely broken pool filter for R4000 the mode selector on it even had a broken gasket inside causing it to just backwash constantly no matter which mode it is on. he promised he would then come sort it out - but every day is a new issue all of a sudden. he can come when i have cash for him. but once he has ****med me now suddenly he cant come back to sort it out. be careful who these guys send to you. **btw i fixed the broken gasket myself but the pool filter itself is just plain broken. he sold me something that 100% does not work and now i have to buy a new one and ill just f**** install it myself. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS - ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL NEVER SEE THEM AGAIN.

Great Honeymoon!
Went on Honeymoon to Thailand through Priority Escapes and have dealt with them for some local travel in the past. Our holiday was exactly as they promised and will always be a great memory. The staff are knowledgeable about the various destinations on offer and will be able to provide you with lots of great information on what each destination has to offer. Overall was a very good experience for my Wife and Myself. 5/5 got exactly the honeymoon trip that we had wanted.
