Ive been trying to re instate my late moms medical aid but they keep on asking me to fill in the same form over and over again. Please assist, its been over 2months now
I have been calling and sending emails to GEMS with regards to my late moms membership without a response . One guy promised to call back but never did. They claim that once a main member passes, one beneficiary can continue but that is not true because they dont want to assist

We werent able to pay one installment on our account and the number 0767761422 keeps on calling claiming that they were sent by WESBANK to come collect the car. The number then sent a whatsapp with banking details to pay the outstanding amount of R7055. Can wesbank confirm if it is them that is calling everyday using the number 0767761422 because we already made arrangements to pay the R7055 in 3 different installments but still.
These people keep on calling my dad and not saying anything!!! Why can’t you just speak if there is a problem , next thing they will be more than happy to fight saying he wasn’t picking up their calls whereas it’s THEM!!
I have been sending emails to the person who was appointed to help me with my registration but she is not responding. I need to know when and how will I get study materials ?
Does the Gems App work or we just download it for fun because I have been trying to log in since last year but it’s just not working. I have also been trying to add a beneficiary but my call is not answered
I paid my registration fee long time ago and have been sending emails asking for feedback but no response. When I was busy with my application I used to receive emails from Stadio every now and then. I just hope that I was not ****med
I have never been this angry in my life Never!!! Early this year I went to Varsity College Pretoria and had a meeting with Lindsey. I told her very well that I am sick and have been in and out of hospital since last year July(even provided proof from Hospital) . I explained to her that I am not sure if I will be able to attend this year as I had another surgery this year late Feb(provided proof) . I was then told to just fill in the registration forms just in case I come back given that my registration will not be complete without payment. Right! So I never made any payment so I'm suprised that I have been receiving emails from VCPTA from late March... Mind you, that's when my registration was finalized... Why? Why because I did not make any payment? Please cancel my registration for 2022 because I did not meet the registration requirement which is "Making payment first". I will register hopefully next year when I am feeling better. Please Do Not make me more sick than I am right now. I was a happy student at VCPTA and I still hope to be when I get better.
