OnAir TV sold me a decoder in October 2023, when I tried to activate it with DStv they told me the decoder is registered under someone else's name. I have contacted OnAir several times with no success, they kept on promising to escalate the matter but no assistance I have received from them. This is so frustrating for me because I am paying for the decoder but I can't use it. Please kindly assist me with the matter Peter.
I ordered 3 color correctors for R700. 00 in December 2022 till to date I have not received it. I've sent several emails to Laura enquiring about my order but she has never responded. THIS IS A ****, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE *****STERS!

Hello Peter. I purchased an unlimited 4G package from rain which costs R479. 00 upfront payment. After making online payment I had to Rica the sim card that I also bought from them, and that's when I started experiencing problems as there are complicated steps that I have to complete including uploading proof of address, ID smart card and live face recognition. I sent them a text explaining my problem and I received an automated response stating that they will contact me within 24hrs of which they never did. After that I have sent them quiet a number of text and emails but my problem has not been resolved yet. I have also called them several times, and every time I call they promise to resolve my problem and to call me back within 24hrs but they have never called me. It has been a week now trying to get assistance with failure. I have even asked them to refund me but they refused, now I don't know what to do because I have paid for the service but I can not enjoy benefits.
