One of the worst company I have dealt with...I bought a cordless trimmer of less than R150. I got it and saw that it cannot be Zero-Gapped. I have a babyliss trimmer for R3500, but I need this just for little detailing. I sent it back to them...the idiot Sakhile from their department kept sending me jargons. I am waiting for AMAZON to come and I will never buy from them. Till today, they have not given me my refund nor a better trimmer.
I have been a customer of Glamorhair for years now. I am very skeptical when buying a brand i don't trust. They introduced their watercolor semi-permanent hair dye which they say lasts 10-20 washes. I invested in it and bought 5 colors. I only got to use 2 of them last saturday. It was vabriant and beautiful. Only to see my client post a selfie and i noticed there was no color anymore...i contacted her and she told me the color was gone! It wasn't even 5 days yet. I felt so bad...i did explain to her it was the first time of trying this brand. I sent an email to them on the 14th of November 2022. At the time of writing this it is 2:13pm, since i didn't get a response, i called their numbers and the person that answered told me that they don't have access or respond to emails and that it's only the owners that have access and respond to emails and that i should wait for them to respond. I asked her, if they have access to emails, why not calls as well because only god knows when they will respond. I do believe this is gonna be my last transaction with them. I have not had issues in the past, but these WATERCOLORS don't last. 5 days? Whereas you claim it does last 10-20 washes. In my email i told them i have only open 2 colors out of 5 of them, so i don't mind returning them for NOUVELLE colors and i don't mind paying the deficit.
