I called in advance to making a booking for the 14/02/2024, the gentlemen i spoke to sounded like he was taking down my details and confirming my booking. A day or two before the 14/02/2024 i received a call from a lady wanting to confirm my booking, she took my email address and mentioned that the manager will email me confirmation of my booking. My wife and i arrive only to find out that my booking was not on their list of bookings, they mention when we arrived that it is a set menu and on top that, the price was insane, definitely not worth their service. I did not once get informed when i called in to make the booking that it is a set menu, not when the lady called me to confirm the booking. I still haven't received a confirmation email from the manager. I highly do not recommend Diep in die Berg. Thank you for your not so excellent service.
Was on the call about my premium and the gentleman on the line with me was able to reduce my premium after I was under the impression it was going to increase, I was not happy with the amount, however he was able to assist me. Happy with how they have put the customer first.
