I've sent this letter three times to Mr. Parking. Got no response. Dear Mr Parking This is a very difficult letter to write as I am so disappointed. You must realise that when we leave our cars with you, it is nearly the same as leaving our house keys with you. One's car is an extension of yourself and very close to your heart. When I picked up my car last Saturday I immediately realised my dashcam and the rest of the electronics like the cigarette charger and phone charger that were in the car are not there anymore. I immediately phoned Willie, who was not helpful at all. He asked my why would my dashcam specifically be ****** if there were 400 cars in the lot, of course I did not have an answer for such a silly question. Upon doing my research and reading some reviews I realise petty theft is a common problem at Mr Parking which is very disturbing. In the light of that I would like to know who had access to the car keys, you must surely have some kind of list or roster? Or are you just leaving the cars open for the duration of the stay? Do you have CCTV cameras that are surveying the parking area or are they conveniently out of order? I am part of a group of eleven that is going abroad in August and if I do not get a satisfactory response, we will not be using your services anytime in the future, which is a pity, because I liked being a client of Mr Parking.
