Tebogo Baird has a excellent customer services. I was so frustrated that my premium went up in this economy but the guy was calm all the way.
I went to King Williams Town chesa nyama bought meat braai box for R96.90 while on the advertising screen and online is R89.90. When I asked the cashier and supervisor in the shop they said nothing they can do about the price is in the system. This is a day light *******. Please fix your system.
MTN changed my data to home internet whereas I'm using phone internet. When I call MTN on the 20 August 2021 that my data is not working, they told me is because I have done the upgrade to home internet, that I didn't do it. Since 20 August calling MTN, no one is explaining to me exactly what happened. On the 15 September 2021 I even wrote to complaints department and no report back. Now I must pay for the services I don't know why? Now I can't use my phone to make calls.
On the 20 August 2021 the sales person name Ongezwa Msizi changed my Mtn phone package to home internet without my knowledge. Now I have a huge bill to pay and I can't make calls. Since August you resolve this issue. Every time calling Mondo staff they tell me to wait 24 to 48 hours it will be resolved. I wrote emails no response until today.
