Do not use Link2Council. They will do no work and refuse to pay back your money!
I retained link2council to help me submit plans for a modification to my house on February 17, 2021. I paid their quote upfront which they requested prior to doing any of the work. For months I tried to follow up and they kept giving excuses- Covid has closed council, the fenestration plans were not complete etc. In the end, I retained another runner in August 2021 to check on the plans to see what the issue was. He reported back that no plans were ever submitted to council. When I asked them for a receipt (prior to sending in another runner) they could not produce it. Then made up lies about why and how the plans had not been submitted, and that the council had lost them. They have promised to reimburse me recognizing they did no work and did not actually submit the plans. Now they are not responsive aout the reimbur*****t, and have refused to pay me back. Meanwhile, plans took 2 weeks to approve after they were actuallly submitted. Link2council has delayed the start of my project by 6 months and are not forthcoming with reimbur*****t, despite acknowledging they should be returning my money. Any runner who asks for more than council fees upfront should raise a red flag. I wish I had known this prior to retaining them.

Do not do business with AMSOLAR! This company and director are a complete scam!
Beware of this company! Alastair will take your deposit and has zero plans to deliver any product. He has taken a deposit of hundreds of thousands from us for a whole house solar system in March 2020 and we are still to see one nail installed or a refund. Proceedings in court and police, but sadly we are one of many. Caveat Emptor.

Run far far away, paid for goods and never got anything delivered nor a refund
I purchased two benches from this company in November 2020 to be delivered in 2 weeks. They assured me they had stock and were able to deliver. I am yet to receive anything almost 8 months later. Multiple calls to the company yield promises of refunds and many excuses but the refund is not forthcoming. Buyer beware, do not purchase anything from this company! they are out to swindle you!
