We ordered a pizza at 18:00 with the Rock Cottage Debonairs, an hour later 19:00 we called to ask when the food will be delivered. We were told within the next 20min. 20min went by and decided to visit the store at 20:00, just to be told the other is still in store. Really 2 hours for a pizza, keep your food will never support the Rock cottage Debonairs again. Close your doors you guys don’t even deserve a 1 star rating!!!!
Fire it up, more like F#*k it up!! This is my second review on this place. Please I highly recommend that no one supports these clowns. I’ve taken my bike to fire it up in early Feb 2022 with accident damage repairs to be done. It was a long 6 months battle just to get the repairs completed. I took delivery of the bike early August 2022, I had the bike for roughly 2 weeks. Went for a proper ride the fairings started to come lose, noticed some terrible spray painting quality and sections where chip mark was covered with a permanent marker. I have also not that something was not quite right with the steering, at speeds of 120km/h hitting a slight bump in the road causing the handle bars to shake as it would do when having a tank slap. I took the bike back it took them 4 weeks to get the fairings paintwork and other issues pointed out resolved. Collected the bike yesterday 15th September 2022 and low and behold the bike cuts off and overheats. I’ve also identified major invoice discrepancies shortly after collecting the the in early August and till this date I’m still waiting on answers. Incompetence and the lever of trust on there service delivery is shocking!!!

Took my accident damaged bike to fire it up for insurance repairs early February 2022. The bike has now been with fire it up for 5months now and they have only managed to fix 2 damaged items on the bike. For the passed 5 months I’ve been paying for a motorcycle that I don’t even have and there is no sense of urgency at this place. The workshop staff is completely lost and has zero idea what’s going on around them. Getting honest and accurate updates on progress is a joke. This is the last time fire it up will see me again and I would not refer anyone to visit fire it up. #integrity and #trust what a joke. Please get the customers motorcycles fixed and out the workshop and shut the place down.
This dealerships service is utterly pathetic. My mom had a motorcycle accident in September 2020 the motorcycle has been in for repairs for 6 months now. This dealership is a money pit, after 6 months we are notified that the bike battery is dead and needs to be replaced. Without taking into account the bike has been standing for 6 months amd has the the battery been disconnected or even bother to charge it. I can tell you now the battery has never been disconnected or charged. Even during the repair process communication between the dealership and the customer is non existant. We had to constantly contact the dealership to get a update as to the progress of the repairs which held no good news. Now that the bike is finally ready the dealership expects the customer to pay for a delivery fee after they collected the bike free of charge to doe the repairs. The dear principal and the staff is totally incompetent to serve any proper service to any customer, and I would recommend to stay away from this money pit.
