I am very disappointed with City Logistics they never shipped my Mr Price Home parcel they keep saying Mr Price needs to credit me. It was Shipped on the 7th of April 2025 and it shows in transit still no parcel
It's been a week that I transferred money to my other account from Capitec. After numerous calls I received a reference number they got in contact with me asking for my bankstatment from account I made the transfer too. Did send all documentation. Last night asked again and got feedback did not receive statement resend statement they confirm they received statement now after two emails asking how far is the investigation no reply. Please Capitec do not send me a reply on Hello Peter and say you will look into this matter because it's been a week. I also reported it to the ombudsman ref Y7D03ND5
I made an immediate payment on the 25th of April to my Tyme account. Money went out my account. Funds is not reflecting in my Tyme Bank. Numerous phone calls what's app message I still have no feedback they keep saying no turn around time. I am so unhappy as that was money I needed to pay my rent.
Terrible service still await my take a lot parcel since the 12 of March 2021. I am disappointed in your service and Take a lots service by using them and losing customers.
I have placed an order on the 1st of March 2021. We waited for stock that to arrive before my parcel will be dispatched. Its been dispatched on the 12 of March 2021. No parcel as yet after numerous calls to customer care service they say they will look into it and let me know. I still await.
