I bought a tv at Gem furnitures polokwane on the 22 January 2024 for R14 000 on account . I paid a deposit of R1500..Tv was delivered following day when i was at work ,and it wasn't tested . I got myself a technician to come and unseal it from the box following day and the tv was not working ..I called the store and reported the matter, they advised i bring it back of which i did on my own cost . The store manager is rude, refusing to refund me or replace the tv .Now i have to pay R14000 for the tv i do not have. My father died in a car accident on the 6th of August 2022 and I have been trying to claim for my old mutual policy ever since... Each time I'm told of a new document that's missing and I do submit everything they ask for but Old mutual stories just don't end. Vodacom is refusing to terminate the contract which was supposed to be only for one year.. I have honored the agreement to the fullest with no errears. The contract ended 16/01/2022 and i called vodacom to let them know that i am not upgrading my contract. They said the contract is still on until i receive an sms. They continue to debit my account for an amount of R210 while giving me only airtime of R175... My contract account is 1-34570201475078.. I don't know what kind of scam they are running but it is so bad. If i reverse the debit order it will reflect bad on my credit profile. I hope they resolve the issue very soon. My number 0827855024
