We chose Boss Paving due to their strong reputation and proven track record. Unfortunately, in our experience, they have not fully lived up to the "Boss" name due to some shortcomings in their process. While we may have high expectations, it is important that agreements made during the quotation process are upheld. We identified two main issues: first, the drainage was not executed as requested, resulting in pools of water accumulating on the paving, which do not drain away. This could potentially harm Boss Paving's reputation, as some guests have already commented on this issue. Secondly, we specifically agreed that certain pavers around the trees and other areas should be installed at an angle to prevent water from flowing into those areas. While this was done to some extent, it was not completed fully, leading to water flowing into the areas we aimed to protect. The key takeaway is that addressing these minor details correctly can prevent significant frustration, yet this seems to be a time-consuming process.
Here I am joining the thousands of unhappy Telkom customers. Maybe I should have read all these reviews first before extending my Telkom contract. Updated my fiber line early February 2021. I have been waiting for 6 weeks now for my new router that is compatible with the new line speed. I lost count of the calls I made to Telkom to resolve the matter. Call after call it is the same story: The router was never ordered and it will be ordered now. You have no options and you can't speak to a manager. Now I'm living this nightmare and we are apparently not going anywhere in resolving this?
