Here I am joining the thousands of unhappy Telkom customers. Maybe I should have read all these reviews first before extending my Telkom contract. Updated my fiber line early February 2021. I have been waiting for 6 weeks now for my new router that is compatible with the new line speed. I lost count of the calls I made to Telkom to resolve the matter. Call after call it is the same story: The router was never ordered and it will be ordered now. You have no options and you can't speak to a manager. Now I'm living this nightmare and we are apparently not going anywhere in resolving this?
