Their service is disappointing. I ordered online an appliance on the 6th of Mar 2025. I have not received till today. I had to be the one to reach out to them and I was told it was collected by the courier company and that they will investigate and come back to me. No feedback from them.
Appalling conduct. Our booking got canceled on the eleventh hour with no indication prior. The venue was booked well in advanced. This display of incompetence is disappointing. Would not even consider booking for accommodation if this is how they conduct themselves.
Poor quality product. Within a year of installation the security gate started to corrode. Salesman told me the company is being sold and I must take it up with new owners. Never heard from him again. Disappointing company, product and service.
Disappointing product, I installed a car tracker unit years ago for my car with Tracker connect. I recently replaced my car battery and to my surprise I did not receive an alert message from them to find out whether everything is in order. In the past, when i would replace my battery, I would receive a communication from them immediately. It was not the case this time around. 4 days later I had to phone them to find out what was the problem. My concern is not being aware that there's been an issue with the unit and not being made aware of it by Tracker connect company. So basically, I have been paying for a service that has not been working and who knows correctly how long?
This bank does not even deserve the one star rating i selected. I just didn't have a choice. The service is beyond poor. I submitted a claim for a roof leak on the 26 of June 2023. This was during the heavy rains. An appointed supplier was sent to do the assessment of the damage. At this point the ceiling was damaged aswell. Water was coming into the house. On the 06 Jul 2023 I received a communication that they were validating the assessment and would take 3 - 4 working days. Since then i have had two more heavy rains episodes. There has been no updates on my claim. On the 18 July 2023 I had to be the one to pick up the phone to make an inquiry. I was told that someone was busy with my claim and that he will be Emailed to provide an update and he will give me call the very same I had called. He was not even professional enough to get back to me with a update. Another episode of heavy rains today, (19 July 2023). Water coming in doing more damage. No word from Absa. Are they even going to be liable for further damages failing to react timeously?
