My daughter was admitted in 4th floor room 11 the most *********** staff ever, they don't care about the patients, you ring the bell need their help they come at their own time, you ask them something they tell you they are coming back and they don't. My daughter had to be discharged without the device that the doctor ordered because it came late the doctor left already and you get different information and no one takes responsibility they are pointing each other, the worst is that I even complained to the managers, they promised to call me back after investigating and they never did, I don't recommend that hospital to anyone.
I visited the place from the 29th of February to the 2nd of March, the place is clean, the staff is helpful and kind, breakfast was great, I wouldn't hesitate to visit them again. Thank you for the great service.
I cancelled my service with webafrica on the 8th of November 2022 and on the 1st of January 2023 I received an email from them saying my cancelation is complete, but when I go to metrofibre to activate my line webafrica does not want to release the line, so I can't switch to another service provider yet. I tried calling them but they hang up the phone as soon as they hear your problem, whatsup chat is not answered as well, when they answer they tell me the service is cancelled on their side. Webafrica is the worst service provider.
Few months ago I ordered fibre internet for my home, fibre was not ready yet in our area. Last month everything was finalized, our agreement was they will debit the money on the 25th of every month, but they debited the money on the 14th of November, I was billed for the whole month but I received my router on the 19th of November and started using it on the 20th of November 2021, when I asked, I didn't even understand what they meant. When I ordered the fibre I was never told its only a 3 month's promotion for R499 then I have to pay R699, on top of that I was expect to make immediate payment then they sent me a message saying they suspended my service, only two days after activation I'm already suspended.
I applied for surname amendments for my children in December 2019 even now its still not finalised, they keep on making excuses about covid-19, but it's now 1 year 6 months waiting for them to finalise
I applied for surname amendments in 2019, till now they are telling me that it's still under process, I was told it takes 6 months, but now it's 1year 3 months still not done. I call them every week and even today but still nothing, how long am I supposed to wait!!

I call them every week to check, they make excuses about the covid-19, it's now one year three months it's still not finslised.
