Scorpion Legal Protection has not processed my refund claims after I notified them of deductions and a policy I did not sign up for. This issue has persisted since 2022. I am unclear how my details were registered with them. I have contacted them, but they have not provided any feedback. When I call for updates, I consistently encounter rude consultants. Good day. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the payout I received for my claim under Policy Number: OMG69253N080654783. According to Old Mutual's correspondence, an incorrect date of birth was provided at policy inception, which I believe constitutes negligence on the part of Old Mutual, given my numerous attempts to rectify this issue through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings with their Financial Advisors. Despite these efforts, the matter remains unresolved, leading me to view this as a prejudicial and sabotaging act contrary to the terms stipulated in my policy document. And this is also marked by notable payment issues despite fulfilling my contractual obligations and completing rides. Your company has delayed settling outstanding balances, proposing intricate payment arrangements that required additional cooperation to retrieve my rightful earnings. Your communication is very sluggish and unproductive, instead of directly resolving payment issues. This is worth alerting potential partners to exercise extra caution, thoroughly understanding potential payment delays, as GetTransfer appears to prioritize its internal cash flow over timely partner payments. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot endorse or recommend this partnership to anyone.
Hello Peter Kindly help. I am having a problem with my bank, First National Bank. On the 28th I was supposed to receive Payments from a company, registered under Mavadla General Trading that also happen to bank with the same bank. I mistakenly provided them with account number that’s almost the same as mine. Upon investigating the account number, I realised it belonged to a company called Teekay Mining Solutions. An amount of R3000 rands was paid to that account instead of mine through an electronic transfer. We immediately notified the bank about the error, however to this we have not received any feedback from the bank and when we call to inquire they refer us to various departments within their call centre, who also have no track or any form of a solid or substantial report. It’s been over 15 days now. I believe as you might as well, that money forms an integral part of our daily living, therefore the bank should treat such matter with great urgency. The bank has been reluctant on our request. Kindly help.
I submitted a warranty claim 9 days ago but it still is not approved. I am not satisfied with the pace of their service. They do not even communicate the status of my claim.
Good day. I’d love to register my compliant about M Sure Financial Service together with Auto Fix Nelspruit. I have been receiving nothing but an incompetent service from both services providers. My car was towed to Auto Fix Nelspruit after it had broken down in the middle of the road. At the instructions of M Sure Financial Services it was towed to Auto Fix Nelspruit for repairs since I have an extended warranty that covers for mechanical breakdown. To this day nothing has been done to my car which resulted to a two loss of income since I work with the car. When I call both of them, they both have reports that do not match. An at times the service provider which is Auto Fix does not respond to my calls or texts which always forces me to visit their premises. Iwyze Insurance has the most frustrating claiming process. It has been almost 45 days since I submitted a claim and they have not done anything about it. When I call I am always told the people working on my claim are not answering their phones or are not in the office. Each time I call I am met with excuses that does not appeal to business practice.
