Becareful with this company. They send you a message that you pay R15 refundable amount to answer a technical question But thereafter go on to debit your account with R599. When I enquired why I was debited the extra amount, their answer was that in order to get information I need to sign up for a membership which is R599 pm. I adamantly refuted that I entered into any membership or signed to any terms and conditions for a R599 account withdrawal. I threatened them with contacting the relevant authorities for their *****ulent and ********* behavior.
The delivery drivers Victor and Mbo were very efficient and friendly. Price was very good
Arrived at 4pm for check in and room was not ready. Staff were slow and seem confused. Took us 45 minutes to get our suite. As soon as we entered, I drew open the curtain to see the views but the entire rail collapsed on my husband Reception don't answer the phone so we had to go down physically to complain And elevator was extremely slow, despite the hotel not being at full capacity . Staff took another 2 hours to rectify and in the end we were downgraded from a Junior suite to an executive room (despite the hotel not being at full capacity ) We were offered a R500 discount and complimentary supper. No room service. Restaurant food was not good and service extremely slow After a few weeks of extreme stress, my husband and I were looking forward to some rest and relaxation and these issues with the Hotel just added to our woes! Overall impression and experience was dismal. The 5 star rating is extremely generous! Maybe efficiency will increase over time but nonetheless we won't support them further
Awaiting authorization for surgery for my dad since 4 days now. His op was meant for 29 July, on the 28th there was no authorization yet all necessary documents were submitted by Ethekwini Hospital Fund manager on Monday 26 July. Call Centre at Bonitas constantly giving me the run around. Dad's condition is deteriorating. The surgery is now rescheduled for Saturday 31 July But Bonitas is still stalling citing that prosthesis quote not submitted... Fund manager has verified Everything was submitted satisfactorily 4 days ago. Ridiculous customer care for my dad who's supported the medical aid for over 6 decades!
Yaseen Motala, the owner of Detect A Leak ***gy backs off the actual Detectaleak company. Yaseen is unprofessional, untimely and a fraud. He poses as a reputable company and promises guarantees on his workmanship. I'm sitting with an incomplete main shower repair over 3 weeks. He promised it will be done within a week. The main bedroom and bathroom is off limits due to the mess and dirt from the busting of the shower. We now have to resort to getting a new plumber to finish off his incomplete work. Don't hire him at any cost
