I wrote and complained about an order that I made on 04 August 2025 , till now I have not received my order and the new Manager told me he is going to check at the production warehouse and I have not received any feedback . I am utterly disgusted by this unproffessional way of handling my order and if its and I would like the company to pay back my money . This was a birthday gift for my son who had a birthday on 25 August 2025, its 28 October 2025 , I still have not received my order .
I ordered a Wine Carrier Bag- Double and paid on 2025-08-04, order no 4T1GFV2GM87,I have been requesting an update since last month but I am sent from pillar to post via WhatsApp. Till today, there is no response from this company, they keep sending me a note via my emails, indicating that my order has been sent, which is a lie.
I have logged a complaint with no success with this Banjmk,for two montbs now,unauthorised future dated payments are deductued and paid to beneficiaries i have deleted without my approval I have contacted Standard Bank digital platform call centre and was given a reference number for fhe investigation but the transaction still continued I am now forced tk change banks because my salary ks being controlled by Standard Bank without my authoriy.I am very disappointed with Standard Bank
