I bought chairs and a glass table in January 2025. To date, I haven't received anything, When I reach out , I am always promised they will deliver in a couple of days, but that never happens. I requested my refund; still, they do not want to pay me back my money.
I have bought a set of chairs and table from Jaymarts, in January, how ever upon delivery I was not happy with the color, I spoke to him and said he will exchange them if he gets a customer willing to buy the color I had. After couple of days, he called and told me that his delivery would be coming to collect the set as mine are still being done, I had to pay for delivery again it was around late January 2025, to date I haven't received anything, I have been calling every week I will be told 'next Monday the delivery will come, I have now asked for a refund which they are not coming to the party. I am busy getting text messages of people acting like they are investigating him and gathering a database of the people he is owing, which I think it's their tactic to delay paying my refund. Don't buy from them , they reap people their hard earned money 💯
My funds were taken under duress, during a hijacking. Called the *****ulent departments to reverse all transactions made in that five hours after being released. I was told everything has been blocked. However the information was not correct as some monies were withdrawn after I have reported the incident. Other funds were transferred to account numbers which capitec never traced or made an effort to know what they belong to. All I have been told is that they are investigating my matter, while no case number has been taken. All I was told for the passed two weeks is that they will request recordings of when I was reporting my account to be frozen. Capitec is giving ********s justice to take away our hard earned money, they only care about themselves. They don't care about their clients
I got a call from one of Standard Insurance Limited's agent, I requested a Quote for my car insurance, I was interested in the product and I told the lady to call me back after 2 weeks as i had to do a cancellation with my current insurer, she told me that there is no need we can carry on with the application once we are done , she will assist me in cancelling the contract online. I then agreed, so during the cancellation process with my current insurer the line got cut, so i waited the whole day for standard Insurance Limited to call me back so that we may carry on , but she never did. I called the number the next day, wanting to know on where we stand but the no one answered. I then called my current insurer to check my status and i was told the cancelation process was not successful as it was incomplete. so I let it go and moved on. so on the 4th of April now after 2 weeks my money gets debited and I receive a contract from them. Did it have to take 2 weeks for them to draft a contract? Now i am sending them countless emails wanting a refund for my R970 , no one response. when i call the number written on the contract I am told i have called MOMENTUM! THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND TAKES PEOPLE MONEY FOR NOTHING! WHY WOULD I PAY 2 CAR INSURANCE IN A MONTH? THEIR SERVICE IS POOR!!
I have been staying at Ithemba from September 2020 in a bachelor flat and end of feb 2021 I have been in contact with one of the Agent since I wanted to do a transfer to move from the Bachelor to a 1 bedroom. The agent Tebogo was quite helpful she explained all the process and told me that I will have to do an upfront payment for the 1 bed room I wish to occupy by April the first since we are in the Month of March. Then I requested an invoice statement so that I may get a formal balance due to me , she sent a quotation instead, the quotation didn't have personal details. So I called her and requested a formal invoice and she told me that I can't only get that around the 26th but now I have to pay the money on the quotation to secure the flat or else they might give it to another person interested. I did pay the money as told , but now the 26th of March i get a statement only stating that I over payed my transfer and it showing the money due to me . I then email Hello@ ithemba.co.za to request a Pro forma invoice or at least get a quotation that has my full personal details , but I am told that they don't issue such and its their standard template doesn't cater for such? A proforma invoice? Really! When I call the agent back I am told she doesn't deal with such. What happens to the money I payed cause I have to claim it back ? A mere pre forma invoice and why was i over charged on the quote? Does it mean that the employees don't even know the rates to charge to the clients ? I am disappointed and the emails system is not helping cause the lady Called Salome is not budging . She insists on the so called standard that they are following. Wow!
