The sales experience was good. They matched and even beat prices.. But 2 weeks later and they still have not refunded me my deposit which I paid to hold the deal. I feel like I'm begging them for my money back. The sales person keeps saying he will sort but still nothing. They have also failed to settle my trade in vehicle so now I am left with 2 vehicles to pay for. I am being asked for invoices for the trade in vehicle from when I initially purchased it. They have the settlement balance and now they seem to be buying time and refusing to settle my trade in. It's sad that their after sales service is quite pathetic. I initially thought they were a good and honest company but now I doubt their integrity. It seems I have been fooled. I will be reporting them to MIOSA and NCC and I will be liaising with Nedbank to cancel the deal since I am within the 14 day period.. It's not nice at all.. I'm really dissatisfied..
I purchased from Bogart online on 12th November 2025. However I only received 2 out of the 3 items that I ordered. I thought the 3rd item was going to follow but to date, 19th December, nothing has arrived and no communication has been received from Bogart regarding the item. This definitely means that they have ****** me. I also placed an order with them on the 20th November 2025. However, nothing is being said about the delivery of this order at all. I have emailed Bogard on 8th December but they have not responded. I have attempted to contact them numerous times on 083 5987297 but that number just rings and then goes to voicemail. I thought they were a legit store because I paid using payflex. However I see now that they are ******* and I am trying to help other customers not get ****med..
My claims experience has been excellent. I really received royal service. They finalized the claim efficiently. When I called to update my details they were extremely helpful and fast. I would definitely recommend them..

I have been banking with standard bank for about 16 years. I have my salary, credit card, home loan and vehicle finance with them.. however their service recently is absolutely pathetic. It appears to me that the losses they may have incurred during the lockdown.. they are trying to recover by misleading clients. I recently applied for a building loan on my existing bond. It was not initially approved in principle because I qualified for the amount. Then later it was declined and I was given the reason that the quotation from my registered contracting company was too low. I was advised to get a higher quote. In a country with a crashing economy, standard bank expects me to ask people to charge me more than their prices for services so I an borrow more from the bank and increase my debt. Then standard bank has increased my insurance premium from R700 to above R1000 just for nothing. I have done no work on my property that would have increased its value. When I phoned them their response was that the value would have increased had I done the building. I tried explaining that the building loan was not approved but as of recent no one understands anything at the call centers.. so I've asked my prestige banker to put a cancellation notice on my bond because no one can help me sort out the insurance premiums.. instead of offering to assist me she emails me a letter that I and my husband must fill and email back to her in order to cancel the bond. I then phoned the call centre and they put a cancellation notice on the bond... no paperwork needed. Everyone is so confused at standard bank. It is definitely a bank we as southern Africans cannot place our financial security in!!! The confusion is too much and they dont value their clients..
I have been a client of standard bank for about 14 years, a prestige banker for about 3 years yet they never service me well. I have never received preferential rates yet they take their high bank fees without fail every month. My prestige banker never goes above and beyond to assist me. I have applied for a building bond and my application has been declined simply because my contractors quotation was too low. So standrd bank expects me to go to my contractor and request a higher charge so that they can gain in interest while we get poorer. How pathetic is that? This application was declined and I've sent it for review on 17th March but up to today I have oy received an email from standard bank insurance stating that the insurance premium would go up because the value of the property has been increased by over 1 million. When I contact standard bank sales at 10:36 today the sales person says it's been approved. She promised to email me the approval but as expected it never came. I called again at 12:07 and I'm back to square 1 where the sales person now says she cannot see the approval on the system nor can she see any proof that I had a 50 minute conversation with standard bank sales less that 2 hours ago. I am sick and tired of emailing and begging a financial institution that clearly doesnt value their clients. I will be taking my business to Nedbank...
