This is my second visit to Busamed Gateway Hospital. I had a total knee replacement . I have only the highest praise for the all the Staff involved in my care. The Nurses were kind and compassionate, always answering my calls with a kind word and smile. Thank you to Busamed Gateway for making my stay so easy. You deserve every star I could give.
I have been waiting for over three months for a refund from Discovery Bank and Travel. I have spoken to numerous people and "Managers" at Discovery and not one has bothered to phone back or let us know what is going on with the refund. We hired a vehicle in Cape Town and took it back two days earlier and were told that Vitality Travel and Discovery Bank would refund us. The promises and lies have been ongoing for way too long. Shocking service. I have quite a few references for the many many calls I have made.
We cancelled a data package with Telkom on the 23rd November 2021. They are still deducting the debit order every month. I have been into Telkom Seapoint numerous times to try sort out the problem but have had no luck. The representative says the problem is solved, but still the money is taken out of the bank account. I have cancelled the debit order which has made no difference because a different amount is deducted. Telkom have also charged R200 for a returned debit order. Today Telkom deducted R4000 from the account. I am at my wits end, I have spoken to so many people including the manager at the store and not one person can sort out my problem. I need the data packaged cancelled as of 23/11/2020. Why do we have to fight to get a result? Telkom do your job!
