Good afternoon. I just had a conversation with a rather rude individual from KDP named Lillian, who abruptly ended the chat. It seems these staff members are not adequately trained to work at the help desk. If they don't grasp certain concepts, they ought to be replaced with more capable individuals.
no customer service whatsoever transferred my funds to my local banking account on Friday still under review yet the money shows its gone off my payoneer account no link to transfer useless customer service so unprofessional live chat does not work to handle any issues. i highly advice people don't use this bank there verification systems are rubbish upload a clear photo of you three different photos with you the person holding the identity document in hand and it still gets rejected i am not happy first payment went flawless next payment issues. if hello peter had a zero star i would rate it a zero.
