My Gearbox went in for Diagnosis to see what could be faulty as it could not find Reverse gear. The owner now refuses to re-assemble the box yet he confirms "There's no fault". The contradiction is that he says he can't give me back a "faulty " gearbox on the same sentence he says he can't find fault. Instead he insist he will find me another Box which I need to purchase. He blatantly says he refuses to give my Gearbox back. I own the Gearbox so legally I have a right to have it back re-assembled as how it went in to his workshop. I can't be held ransom by a repairer.
