I have a home WiFi with MTN South Africa, last week I moved from my original address to a new place and I have requested MTN to change the address. I was on a call yesterday the 1/06/2022 with the consultants, and they failed to assist me. They are rude, I waited for 1 hour they keep on transferring my calls. I am tired, I wish they can cancel this contract so that I can go to another providers.
I bought a car at Renault Tygervalley. They didn't give me a spare key and they said the car was new. I bought the car in June 2020 until today the 19 June 2021 no spare key for the car. I tried calling them to ask no one seem to be keen to assist me. I am their workshop and no one is working from Renault to assist me. I am disappointed with their service, if you want a car don't ever come to Renault Tygervalley
I bought a phone from MTN Tygervalley and I was not happy with the phone. I returned it same day. Consultant did a refund but until today I haven't received my money.
