STAY AWAY! DAMAGES YOUR CAR THEN SAY THEY DID NOT WORK THERE EVEN AFTER THE SERVICE RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME THEY STRIPPED THE ENTIRE DASHBOARD. Had to bring my car in several times for airbag warning light. Received no updates when car was in even after several communication efforts from my side. Last time car went in for the airbag light I got car back scratched all over from inside. I have no idea how and or why I would even try to lift the center console. Service beyond pathetic. They even wanted to let the technician drive my car to his home and bring back the next day ! When asking why they can get things fixed I am instructed to rather contact Renault SA. Eventhough I'm in the RENAULT dealership where I bought the Duster. Wonder if they would pull the same **** if I was male.

I bought a car at Renault Tygervalley. They didn't give me a spare key and they said the car was new. I bought the car in June 2020 until today the 19 June 2021 no spare key for the car. I tried calling them to ask no one seem to be keen to assist me. I am their workshop and no one is working from Renault to assist me. I am disappointed with their service, if you want a car don't ever come to Renault Tygervalley
