Excellent service received from renualt tokai. The patients these people have and the fact that they are will to help and go the extra mile for you. Thank you to their service team in the workshop. They made sure we not leaving here without the problem being sorted out.
Please note that this is the second time that my order was sent wrong. I did not request a cleansing cloth but the BB cream instead, yet the cleaning cloth was sent, and I told the last con the call that I don’t need it as I have a lot. Now i have to pay for something that i did not ask for, i was clear when i said i dont need this cloths, give me the bb cream instead or there is no deal, yet still they send the cloths and no cream. Please dont do business with this company.
my husband bought a phone from Russels R7999.00 as he had R8000 recurring credit. before the phone came he went back to Russels and cancelled the phone. Russels did everything correct on their side but JD Financial service failed update his credit and load it back on his account. We wanted to buy and then found out that there is no credit available. My husbands credit score is also affected due to this ****. They are JD CONNECT AND NOW KNOWN AS PEPKOR
I was struggling to pay my Mweb account via the app. i started chatting with their online chat service agents and a link was sent to pay. i made the payment on saturday 03 May 2025 and my wifi is still off. i have been struggling to call them but i have been on hold since 08:30 this morning and its 12:14. this is ****. they took my money but im still not connected.
the worst courier company. they take their own time to send you refund. i have been waiting 3 months not for them to refund my R1500. more over their own drivers decide to steel their clients parcels. i returned a parcel i bought on shein and they claim they never received it.
Lets start at the beginning............ We bought a car from WEBUYCARS Brackenfell branch and was not so happy with the after a few days. This car started giving us problems and we made contact with Mansoer Small from Brackenfell, he did everything he could to assist us. We then decided to replace the car with a car from the Epping branch where Edward assisted us but he took his own time and seemed that he had no interest in selling the car to us. We then called up Mansoer Small again and asked if he could assist us and immediatly he jumped in and collected the car same day 11 December 2023 and started sending our documents away. He kept us updated in every step same like the last time. Yetsreday 12 Dec 2023 he called us up and said we can come through and complete the application and collect the car. This man really went out of his way as well as his boss Jonte. thank you to this amazing team. Regards Kashief Norton
i have placed an order on the checkers 60 sixty app this morning and used the same address as i normally do. the delivery guy calls me back after some time telling me that he is still in the shop and the address shows that i am still in the mall. turns out that the ap had a problem and the store went to the JHB branch and not CPT branch. they are refusing to refund my full amout.
The worst place to buy a car. This people sold us a BMW F20. when we got home we discovered that the windshield had a small crack in it which was unable to see at the dealer as their sticker was pasted over it, the board with the cars name, model, price ,etc. We then made contact with the dealer the following moring and explained to him and he said he will speak to his supervisor and had it fixed. Ever since we have been waiting. they dont answer our calls nor do they get back to us. The more the car is packed outside and driven the more the crack speads. Please i urge every single person not to buy any cars from them. Rather go to a Renualt, BMW, or anywhere else but there.
I Upgradded my bed in 06 May 2019. i called The rep of sleep master on the 31st Oct 2022 and sent him the bellow email. "I exchanged my bed about 3 years ago via you and paid the money directly into the account you supp**** me with. The new Restonic Bazaruto bed and this bed have been starting to give me problems. The bed sags and leaves my body in a bad condition in the morning when I do wake up. Can you please contact me." They called and could not assist me. now that i have found the paperwork they need, they cant answer their phones. please to any and all do not buy their beds.
Fantastic........Kick Ass........Amazing service rendered by Renault Tokai branch. This amazing people went out of their way for me and my family to make our lives better. on Saturday 06 Aug 2022 I went to their branch to repair a fault on my Kwid and saw the Triber. I explained to Juan the sales person that I really like that car and he replied with " well Mrs Norton lets see what we can do for you" he immediately started getting everything in place from going to the workshop and taking pictures of my Kwid to speaking to the finance lady Liz and manager **** I cant remember his name , sorry though but he know who he is and he is one hell of a person who did not leave us alone and did his best to see that we were comfortable. Juan the main man and Liz the Superwoman did everything in their power and bent over backwards to get this deal though. Thank you Renault Tokai and all their staff for what you did coz each and everyone in that building including the cleaner was so helpful and made us feel valued. The Renault Tokai branch as invaluable staff and I would recommend anyone to procure their vehicle/s from their branch, don't go to the other branches go to them and speak to any of their sales people and I promise they will do the same for you as they did for me and my family.
