I did not have a good experience at all, they did not care about what product they put on your hair, which end result my hair sweated and brock to nothing. The colour was absolutly disgusting, not anywhere near what I wanted. I told the lady that I do not want layers in my hair, but she was adoment and did it in such a way that I did not even notice. She litterally hacked at my hair. It has cost me so far R4000 to try and fix up the mess and I am not nearly there due to the complete damage that was done. Please ladies becareful. It is costing me so much now to repair and fix my hair and I have a wedding to go to in Feb which is my daughers wedding, I am just hoping to have this fixed or very close to being fixed by then. I sat crying many a night after that visit. Please I don't want anyone to go through that, it is really so unpleasant.
They are the worst company to deal with. NEVER EVER DO A UPGRADE FOR YOUR PHONE. THEY LIE AND NEVER KEEP TO THEIR PROMISES. I did a upgrade with a Mrs Naudo, she promised that the phone did come with ear phones. When I got the phone there was no ear phones. With the help of a Manager at Vodacom Rewardsco Management decided to go back on the telephne conversation to see if i was telling the truth. This took like almost a month. I then received a call from a lady at Rewardsco confirming that the coversation I had was correct and that I must go to a Vodacom outlet and purcgase a pair of ear phones for an amount of R200, then i need to email her the purchase slip with my banking details and she would refund me. So I asked her where must i send the slip, she replied that she would email me and I must just reply to that mail. WELL...... ONE AND A HALF MONTHS HAS PAST I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE EMAIL........ THEY ARE LIERS AND PLEASE PEOPLE BE WARDED THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH DON'T BE FOOLED WHEN THEY CALL RATHER TAKE THE TIME AND GO INTO VODACOM OR WHOEVER AND DO YOU UPGRADES
I am so disgusted with the service you receive. I have been with them +/_ 20 years and the first time that I do a upgrade over the phone due to Covid-19, they have the address wrong, AFTER I DID CONFIRM THE CORRECT ADDRESS WITH THEM WHEN DOING THE UPGRADE. Then the courier company RAM refuse to accept the correct address from me they will only accept the address from VODACOM, which will not confirm with RAM, so WHAT NOW, I must just accept this type of service. My advise to anyone do not deal with VODACOM OR RAM both companies do not have CUSTOMER SERVICE. This has been the most disgusting experience ever. So who knows if I will ever get the parcel now. When I speak to Vodacom they put me on hold for such a long time and then eventually the call just ends so nothing was resolved.
This is the most unprofessional company, I put a tracker into my car, then due to covid-19 I fell behind on my payments, so they handed me over, I have caught up and now I pay via eft to them as soon as I get paid. They still phone me asking for the money, meanwhile I paided 3 days ago. I am still waiting to find out if this tracking unit is still active, as well as should anything happen who do I call, from the time they installed this into my car I am still waiting for a telephone number that I can call. When you phone them they put you onto a wild goose chase and then just put the phone down. When you do get to speaking to them and they are unable to answer your questions, they just put the phone down. I would never recommend this company for anything, they are terrible and really should relook at how their staff treat customers, definately no customer service here. VERY VERY VERY SAD, MANAGEMENT YOU NEED TO DO SOMETHING HERE
