I have had a very bad experience with Ford Human Auto Kimberley. I took my Bakkie in for a water leak in November 2023 and received it back as fixed. After 2 weeks the engine got defective (gasket blew, smoke and oil all over) We sent it back to them with overnight tow in and still we are waiting for the cause. We have repeatedly asked for the diagnostic report and pressure test they did after the water leak repair. On the pressure test apparently it is not captured as they do it with a mechanical pump and for this reason no report (no photos taken... nothing) How will we have proof it is done??? On the Diagnostic report we are still waiting. Please make sure after receiving you vehicle that you have all paperwork on the test that have been done after repair. The best adivice is do not use this service centre. Or they will force you to pay a bill for repairs without knowing why the vehicle engine is damaged.
I recently decided to change my Solar Equipment provider and opted for Solar advice, I am still receiving very good service and on time delivery, thank you to Solar advice and especially their representative Leon Robbertze who always calls to update on progress of equipment and confirms delivery.
