Boarded a bus in Port Elizabeth yesterday to Johannesburg and since the stopped only once in Queenstown and the bus never stopped in Bloemfontein and Welkom when I asked the driver I needed ro go to the bathroom at the garage because of a running stomach he rudely closed the door and said he will leave me there, and indeed he closed the doors and said I want to report I should he doesn't care.
I paid on the 02/05/2023 and after realizing my channels were still off, I called them and I was asked to send proof of payment which I did, few days later they disconnected my channels again and again I called the other lady said the first lady I spoke to did not escalate my query so she promised to do it, they i was connected again, now again this morning they have disconnected me again meaning now I must keep on calling them every week, and another thing I was on compact then I downgraded to family but they had a nerve to add Disney plus prescription without my permission and I called them to let them cancel that as I did not ask for it, this is frustrating
My brother who is a 1st year student at NMU in PE bought a laptop at Cash Crusaders at R4900 Friday the 1st of April, and sent it back the next day,because it wasn't satisfactory to him, it also made a strange noise and it was popping a message that there was a virus on it, they refused to take it back saying he must sell it to them for R3500, that's a rip off considering he bought it for R4900.
I had a complaint regarding a debicheck of R89. 99 from Cwealth which I never authorise, then I asked for a mandate, after a month Capitec sends me fake recordings and claim they got them from this Cwealth company but didn't copy the person that sent the recordings, and it's clear there was a role play done to create the voice recordings because it's not my voice and Capitec said they were closing the matter without making sure that as a complainant I am satisfied with the outcome.
