My experience at SACAP has been nothing short of transformative. I initially enrolled in the Higher Certificate programme to see if psychology was the right path for me, especially since my matric results didn’t qualify me for a degree. Not only did SACAP provide me with an alternative route into higher education, but it also exceeded all my expectations. The quality of learning was exceptional, and the support from lecturers truly made a difference. I particularly enjoyed most of the modules, and even though I struggled with academic writing at first, I was encouraged to improve and grow. The programme helped me develop both personally and professionally , building my self-awareness, empathy, and confidence. Thanks to SACAP, I’m now pursuing a psychology degree with a strong foundation behind me. I’m incredibly grateful for my time here!
Avoid this company at all costs! We bought from them and asked for a VAT Invoice. They refused to give it to us, they said they pay Sars. We have also heard rumors that they sell ****** products. Please be cautious!
Valid Perscription Denied by pharmacist! I recently moved to midrand and i have always bought my medicine through clicks. I arranged with my Dr to email my monthly perscription to clicks mall of africa (my advice - stay away!) anyways my dr is a professional and does everything by the book , they called in advance to confirm that it is indeed them sending the valid and original prescription. When i get there after waiting about 55 min because I don’t know if the staff left early or they just have that one incompetent guy ? When i get to the counter and thoroughly explain to him what the background is( i had to repeat it i think about 3 times because he wasn’t responding) he then says no he doesn’t know of a email , i then ask him if maybe he can just check on the computer (awful service!!) he then comes back and says there is nothing, i then got a bit upset and told him to try the other emails i gave him because I don’t think he even checked in the first place. Eventually after arguing and asking him 3 times , he comes back and tells me that they cant accept the email as its not valid and it’s a photocopy. I then asked if i could rather speak to someone that can assist me better because i could see he did not want to help me , he then called the pharmacist on duty and asked me if i can move so he can help other people , then daya ( the pharmacist) called me and told me exactly what the first guy said , i told her that it is valid and even showed her all the information from my doctor which is precisely correct and the letter from him also i have 2 other subscriptions which is 6 months with the same dr and the same info , point is the information was on the system and they could see my records because i have been buying from click 2 years now. Her (daya pharmacist) attitude from the beginning was already so incompetent and arrogant that it absolutely shocked me. She then said by law she can’t give me the medicine unless i bring the physical paper, this medicine can be life threatening to me and if i need to drive 3 hours to go see my dr that’s really bad from a customer service perspective because luckily i can get it sent , someone else might not be lucky. I then asked her for the exact law in writing or something she can give me i was looking for ( Section 22A of the Medicines and Related Substances Act 101 of 1965 as amended, in conjunction with Regulations 33 and 34 of the General Regulations to the Act1) And what happened next is why i am writing this post! She said she will quickly go and print the whole thing for me which then gave me calmness that okay maybe the rules really have changed, The Managing Pharmacist Daya then came back with a paper where she googled from a pharmacy company that picks up prescriptions for you i cant make this up i have the paper with me if anyone want to see. After this I decided i will be moving all of my monthly health care, subscriptions and all health related products to another company. And will no longer just because of this level of unprofessional service that I’m leaving because at the end of the day it will happen to other clients and the moral principle just doesn’t exist and if you have a look at other reviews like hellopeter you will also see the amount of complaints. My review is this rather try spar pharmacy first, hope this helps someone.
