Henk Human - LIES ***** AND DECEIT
HENK HUMAN Orthopedic is an ************* company. It was the worst experience as a patient who needed a brace for my finger after surgery. I went in for surgery in Oct 2024 for my Finger. My doctor then prescribed a Brace for my finger that will allow it to heal properly. The brace they prescribed was covered by Medical aid as i do not earn a lot, and thus need the assistance of Medical Aid. The day after my surgery, I gave the script to Henk Human, the doctor there then gave me a brace that didn't fit my hand properly and just gave me an extra Velcro piece to "make it work". I used that brace for a few minutes and removed it as it was not working or holding on my hand. 2 weeks later I go back to my doctor for a check up and inform her that the brace was not working. She told me that the brace Henk Human gave me was the WRONG one, and this WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY MESSED UP. After speaking with Henk Human and asking to if I could return the brace for the right one, they told me i still needed to Pay for the brace they gave me. I told them NO ONE TOLD ME IT WAS THE WRONG BRACE. They didn't care. I explained i couldn't pay that amount of money. They threatened me with lawyers and this fee until i paid them the money. Even though i explained that they didn't give me the correct brace prescribed by my doctor, and didn't inform me it was the wrong one. All they did was ****** me of the money. To anyone who will need a brace for anything in FUTURE, please save yourself the LIES, *****, and DECEIT and DO NOT USE HENK HUMAN.

Nu Season - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
Nu Season is supposed to be like Snatcher, Shein, Takealot, Temu, etc. They ARE TERRIBLE. I would never recommend this *****/unreliable company. If I could give a negative star, I would. I purchased a Fathers day gift, and according to their site they had stock of the items i requested. After payment there was no communication of when the items would be delivered. 3 days past and no communication, until I reached out and asked. They rep**** with a vague answer. Then they send me an email saying that they do not have the exact item in stock and offered me something else then what i requested. I kindly declined and asked for only what I had ordered. They told me that their suppliers don't have stock even though their site still showed that the items were available. The customer service was horrible as no one cares to do anything that is an inconvenience on their side even if they are wrong. At least with snatcher and other sites they advise you before they take your money. I suggest to anyone and everyone, that do not waste your time with this company and try snatcher, or shein, or takelaot. at least they are honest and helpful.
