I purchased a ceramic hair straightener last year on black friday it has a 5 year warranty and it is now faulty when i went to the chatsworth clicks store in durban the lady in the appliance appartment says the price is now gone up i need to pay the difference,what bull**** is that! Pathetic service i think i need to contact tony and guy dirrectly and lay a complaint about the store making them loose clients.
I have purchased a box of 40 safari DRIED peaches in a store in jhb and brought it to Durban the DRIED fruit was black in colour when I called the customer complaint department i spoke to a guy named andre and his team leader they have terrible communicating skills.they have a 72 hour feedback policy I complained on da 17 november 2021 and today is the 2 December 2021 and still no feedback from the team leader who advised she will call me on the 1 December.when I called and spoke to andre he hung up the call while i was speaking to him and every time I call I am always told andre is not at his desk or his on lunch so with his team leader they have terrible communicating skills and terrible customer services skills.i am going to take a video clip of the disgusting product and put it on social media so that everybody knows what kind of products pioneer foods put on they shelves.
Checkout moorton unit 9 service should be 0 rated and hygienic 0 rated! The store needs the health inspectors like asap, i have purchased boerwors from they butcher section and when I went home before opening it thank God I saw an insect leg inside the boerwors casing towards the middle of it! My family and i are totally disgusted,I called up the store I spoke to a person called Khalil he advised me he is the regional manager for checkout. So I explained him the problem and I told him I have 2 kids aged 2 and 4 I have no time to take them with me back and forth to the store and also risking the chances for them coming into contact with covid 19 has they store dont practice covid 19 rules and regulations 100% .He advised well i either bring it and come or else they can't do nothing,my question was who is going to compensate me for the traveling cost has it is they fault he says he cannot answer that! So if we ate the boerwors and got sick and hospitalised are they going to say that no one asked us to purchase from they store? But never the less i went a week later to the store the supervisor and 2 other female staff have had a look at it and they tilting it in all directions and in denial are saying it must b a spice but I can choose something for that value and I was surprised cause it's clearly evident.the 1 lady then asked me for the till slip but clearly on the label it says checkout moorton! Pathetic TERRIBLE unhygienic store and staff!
Pick n pay clothing at the pavilion mall in westville is pathetic , terrible customer services they provide,my granma had purchased me a gift and now that she has covid and is hospitalised I can not get the reciept from her,the clothing is in genuine 100% condition with all tags attached and pick n pay clothing assistant manager at the store refuses to put da value of it onto a gift card so dat I dnt lose my value and I can use it to purchase when I find an outfit to my liking and after this pandemic,I even called the customer care line number and spoke to the complaints manager and he also refuses point blank! I'm totally disgusted with they attitude and behaviour towards they customers that purchase at a regular basis,people must stop buying from this store cause they have no customers services ethics and they are rude my entire family is disgusted with the behaviour coming from higher management from pick n pay store and customer services,my uncle who is a journalist is going to publish this in more detail in the next media report! Cause such attitude n behaviour is not the ethics n promises of URLs store policy.
