The above company came to clean my carpets and upholstery today. They arrived dead on time and started working straight away. They did a fantastic job and I would like to mention Thabo and Danny and thank them for a great job. I will most definitely recommend them to anyone. ***** The company should keep these two people at all costs.
I HAD TO RENEW MY DRIVES LICENSE AND BECAUSE OF ALL THE TERRIBLE STORIES I HEARD I STARTED THE PROCESS SIX MONTHS IN ADVANCE. WELL I WENT ON A WEDNESDAY BECAUSE THAT IS PENSIONERS DAY AND YOU CAN ARRIVE WITHOUT HAVING TO MAKE A BOOKING ON LINE. PRAISE THE LORD FOR THAT SMALL MERCY!!! AT LEAST THAT DAY WENT O K ISH. AFTER 6 WEEKS I WENT TO COLLECT MY RE NEWED LICENSE, JUST LIKE I WAS TOLD TO DO. ON ARRIVAL AT THE ROOM AT AROUND 10.30 (THERE IS ONLY 1 ROOM FOR COLLECTIONS) THE DOOR WAS SHUT. A GENTLEMAN SITTING OUTSIDE TOLD ME TO OPEN THE DOOR MYSELF BECAUSE HE KNEW THAT THERE WAS SOMEONE INSIDE. I DID THIS BUT COULD NOT SEE ANYBODY INSIDE. SO I SAID 'HELLO, IS THERE ANYBODY HERE' AND THIS VOICE TOLD ME IT WAS TOO EARLY FOR HER/HIM I MUST COME BACK LATER. AT 10.30 TOO EARLY???? SO I ASKED THIS PERSON VERY POLITELY TO PLEASE COME TO THE DOOR SO THAT WE COULD SPEAK FACE TO FACE. AFTER ABOUT 10 MINS, ME STANDING THERE LIKE AN IDIOT, A LADY APPEARED. I TOLD HER I WAS THERE TO COLLECT MY LICENSE AND SHE PROMPTLY TOLD ME IT WAS NOT THERE. SO I SAID BUT YOU DONT EVEN KNOW WHO I AM SO HOW COULD YOU KNOW THAT THE LICENSE WASNT THERE? SHE SAID THE MACHINE PRINTING THE LICENSES WAS BROKEN SO I MUST LEAVE AND COME BACK IN 6 WEEKS TIME. BY THIS TIME I WAS NOT AMUSED AND TOLD HER THAT HER MANNERS WERE TRULY NOT THAT OF A PERSON SERVING THE PUBLIC. SHE TOLD ME TO GO TO HELL. ANYWAY I WENT BACK AFTER ANOTHER 6 WEEKS. SAME STORY, GOT TO THE CLOSED DOOR, OPENED IT MYSELF, THE VOICE SHOUTING " WHAT DO YOU WANT" SO I TOLD THE VOICE I WAS THERE TO BUY VETKOEK. SHE SCREAMED BACK, WE DONT SELL VETKOEK HERE!!! SO I SCREAMED BACK' WELL WHAT THE HELL DO YOU DONT IM DOING HERE??? I HAVE COME TO COLLECT MY LICENSE. SHE STOMPED TO THE DOOR GRABBED THE NOTIFICATION OUT OF MY HAND SEARCHED THROUGH THE CABINET, FOUND THE LICENSE AND THREW IT AT ME. I REMINDED HER AGAIN THAT SHE WAS SERVING THE PUBLIC AND SHOULD CHANGE HER ATTITUDE. SHE SAID WHO THE HELL IS THE PUBLIC???? WELL I REST MY CASE. RUDE, ARROGANT, INCOMPETENT, IGNORANT PUBLIC SERVANT. THANK GOD I STARTED THE PROCESS 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE EXPIRY DATE, WHAT DO YOU THINK. AND THE ROOM, BECAUSE YOU CANT CALL IT AN OFFICE IS DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY AND STINKS.
BN Becca is an absolute gem to have in your employment at Dotsure. Make sure you never lose her. Apart from being very helpful and knowledgeable she is a ray of sunshine to deal with. Thanks Becca for assisting me with the insurance for my pet Shadow.
