I just want to thank and compliment Linda and her team at Team Visa and Travel for their quick delivery with my Police Clearance certificate. Not only with the excellent quick service, but for all the updates on where in the process my application was. I will recomend their service to any one.
Sani can't accept that they made a mistake by billing for a vehicle incorrectly and then take forever to refund! REF - 2097918. I collected a vehicle on the 25th of Dec 2023 from Cape Town International and on the 27th of Dec 2023, Sani contacted me and stated that the vehicle needs to be returned and they will give me another vehicle in the same size group. They sent a driver to collect and deliver the vehicle and then they charged me for the fuel usage for the new/swapped vehicle driven from Cape Town International by the driver and for the fuel usage on the vehicle that was collected. According to me, you collect a vehicle full of fuel and deliver a vehicle back with a tank full of fuel. How can they charge me for what happened in between with the swapped vehicle, I did not request a new vehicle, why am I held liable for the fuel usage where they took the vehicle back to Cape Town International. To top that, I raised the concern on the 9th of January 2024, today is the 22nd of January 2024, still no response nor any refund. Please don not use Sani even though their prices are the best, they do catch you somewhere for more money!
I have seen seen such a useless fraud department in my life and bad communication between departs for the same industry. I logged a declaration of fraud activity on my Edgars account (7000100100061930384) on the 13th of December 2021 and up until today, the 15th of Feb 2022, the issue has not been resolved. My Edgars account was up to date with zero outstanding balance with the statement received on the 8th of November 2021. On the 4th of December purchases were made on my EDGARS account at a GAME store in Pietermaritzburg, I reside in Pretoria and a Edgars card can't be used to purchase at a Game store. Now Edgars sent a letter that my profile will be negative at the credit bureaus - and this is unacceptable.
I sent an enquiry email to Owen Mafumu at the Standard bank Centurion mall on the 15th of October 2021 regarding my renewal of my passport at their Home Affairs department. Until today the 11th of November 2021 I still have not received any feedback. I made payment of R400 towards the renewal of my Passport and until today could not make any appointment at any Standard bank branch.
Absolutely no service from ABSA! I had to apply for a new credit card as Virgin money discontinued their services. I did the application over the internet and emailed all relevant documentations for final approval. Now I have been waiting for more then a month for ABSA to contact me regarding the approval. When trying to phone 0861462273 to follow up on the application, I'm on hold for more then 10 minutes and still no ones helps me. I have tried no 3 times to phone ABSA, but unfortunately it seems like everyone is to busy. This is absolutely ridiculous.
