Best Service Ever from Vorster Incorporated Attorneys
I received the best service ever from Charlene Joubert at Vorster Incorporated Attorneys in Gauteng! She assisted us with the sale of the house. We struggled to get the buyer from getting things done, but Charlene always followed up, pushed to get things done and gave us weekly feedback. We never had to follow up with her to get updates. Throughout the sale she was always available, assisted where she can and was very polite! There is not one thing I can fault her on! Well done Vorster Inc for the excellent service! You definitely have a gem!

Excellent Customer Service at Chamberlains Silver Lakes
I really appreciate excellent customer service! I had to redo my lawn and wanted to put some plants as decor at my front door. As I walked into the nursery, 2 gentlemen approached me. I explained to them what we were busy doing and they immediately got a trolley, advised me on what to get as well as the quantities. They also walked through the nursery with me and explained my options for plants I can use at my front door. After everything was loaded (10 bags of top soil and compost, 2 cement pots, 2 plants and a bag of pot soil), the one gentlemen pushed my trolley for me to the counter, assisted in unloading the items to be scanned, packed everything back, pushed my trolley to my car and then assisted in loading everything into my car. All this was done by them with a lovely attitude and some good conversation. By the time I got my purse out to give the gentleman something to thank him for his assistance, he already left. They are true ambassadors for Chamberlains at Silver Lakes! Thank you very much for the great service! I will always support companies like this who have great customer service! Well done!

Great Customer Service at Builders Castle Gate Lifestyle
For the first time, I had to build a corrugated iron roof. I had no idea what to do or what to get in order to build this. I had a hip problem and was struggling to walk around. 2 Gentlemen working there, approached me and asked if they could help. I explained what needed to be done and they explained and assisted me to get everything I need. Now, please note that I don't drive a bakkie and the corrugated iron was 3m long. It was not part of their job description and this was not something they normally do, but they then went and looked for something that will be able to cut the corrugated iron. They then measured the iron and cut it exactly the same length. Not out with a cm! They also then assisted me in loading everything into my car without scratching anything. Well done to these guys! It's not often these days that you see such great customer service!

WORST/ NO SERVICE AT FNB REGARDING FRAUD
Fraud was committed on my account on 20 March 2021. My whole account emptied in 2 minutes. It was said I will get feedback within 4 to 5 days. I never heard anything back. Tried to phone multiple times but either the person on the phone can't help then transfer me and call gets cut, phone different numbers and departments but the line just goes silent, did life chat but the consultant also couldn't help, emailed my private banker and didn't hear back from him, submitted a complaint and nobody got back to me. I want to know what's going on and when I can get my money back! How can I get answers and results! Worst service ever!!!
