Exceptionlal Customer Service. I opened an account at your branch in JHB CBD about 2 months ago. Alot was added to the account which i signed for, but was not informed about. To date ive lost a couple of rands as a result of poor service from the consultant who assisted me in JHB CBD. I went to FNB CAMPUS SQUARE this pass weekend and was assisted by the most caring consultant ever PORTIA MOKOENA. She took her time explaining what the problem was and advised me on how to go about fixing it...................WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE PORTIA MOKENA in customer service....
