I send a tablet to be repaired in February 2025 till today I have not received my tablet apparently it was sent to some address in Kempton Park yet iam in pta north and I've queried now they quiet and it is June e also been hacked by those using the tablet as it has my Google account. I need my tablet or be compensated for it. K. Mekwa.
HI..I HAVE PURCHASED A TABLET FOR KIDS I SEPTEMBER BUT IT STARTED NOT WORKING AROUND JAN THEN FEB I SEND IT BACK TO RUGGED AS I THOUGHT IT CAME FROM THEM THEN RUGGED CONTACTED ME TELLING ME THAT IT WASN'T COMING FROM THEM BUT BLACKVIEW AND THEY CALLED TAKEALOT TO FETCH THE DEVUCE, TAKEALOT DID FETCH THE DEVICE BUT THEY SEND ME A MESSAGE TO SAY THEY'LL RETURN IT ASAP THEY NEEDED ITS ACCESSORIES OKAY THAT WAS IN FEB SINCE I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THE DEVICE TILL NOW AS THEY KEEP ON SENDING EMAILS AND APOLOGIZING. I NEED ASSISTANCE GOING FORWARD I HAVE HAD IT.
This company needs to be shut down as it exploits and steals from the poor. No ine should gi through what they put us through. GUYS IF YOU HEAR THE NAME FINWELL JUST HANG UP COZ THEY WILL NEVER ASSIST AND THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN GO MUTE. BE CAREFUL OUT THERE.
