If there was a way to put them in the negatives I would. They do not refund money, which we proved is ********* by going to the ombudsman. She first said she would refund the money if she was able to find a replacement for the date. Which she did but never mentioned it, we had to try make a separate booking to find out that she already had another booking on that day. That was Oct of 2025. After going to the ombudsman she said she would pay up. We are in January and still nothing. She’s a *****
My mother booked her flight to Congo through Nairobi and if it was not for the team at Pentravel Menlyn, it would've been a nightmare. 1. My mother arrived in Congo without her luggage - I was not able to get a hold of anyone at Kenya airways, for the 2 days that her bags were missing, in that time I contacted Elmaine at Pentravel Menlyn who helped me, made calls and sent emails. The bags eventually arrived and I was grateful to have the assistance (honestly she already had her sale so she went over and beyond here). 2. When my mother was travelling back, I could not check her into a flight, it seemed she was not booked on a return flight (again, kenya airline), I again contacted Pentravel Menyln to find out if the booking reference I had was perhaps wrong. only to find the booking had been cancelled by Kenya airlines (are you noticing a trend yet)? With the help of her colleague Pieter, they managed to help us get a new flight and figure out the covid pre screening for South Africa. Thank you guys, would definitely recommend going to Pentravel Menlyn
